Booking to Cash Executive (Contract, 6 Months)

About the role

AirAsia Aviation Management Services (AAAMS) is hiring a Booking to Cash Executive for a 6-month contract in its Finance Operations department, based at RedQ in Sepang, Selangor. The role covers daily reconciliation, account top-ups for travel agents, journal entries, bank and balance sheet schedules, and support for audits.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily top-up reconciliations and ad hoc reconciliations
• Perform account top-ups for travel agents, including refunds, commissions, transfers and withdrawals, with full documentation
• Prepare journal entries for posting and prepare and review bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconcile aging balances against the ODS balance
• Carry out sub-ledger code mapping and accounting system requests, and assist auditors with supporting documents
• Work on improvement projects and coordinate internally and externally

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent (Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good spoken and written English and ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
• Dynamic, result-oriented attitude

Required skills

• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Oracle knowledge and experience preferred
