Assistant Store Manager (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our retail outlet in Selangor. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain high standards of customer service, and represent globally recognized performance and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring targets and implementing promotional activities.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through staff coaching and service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven culture.
