Technical and Marketing Manager – Poultry

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to act as the primary veterinary technical expert for our animal health poultry products in Malaysia. The role bridges technical support and marketing, helping poultry producers improve health outcomes, farm productivity and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to commercial poultry producers on health and farm management issues.
• Advise customers on designing effective health, vaccination and disease‑control programmes tailored to their operations.
• Lead technical planning, conduct vaccination training, execute field trials and write technical papers.
• Conduct vaccination and hatchery audits, analyse audit reports and report adverse events.
• Develop and execute long‑term technical strategies for existing and new products.
• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to develop account strategies and gather market insights.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, deliver technical presentations and liaise with key opinion leaders, universities and stakeholders.
• Manage device teams to optimise vaccination practices and support cross‑training within the veterinary services cluster.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• At least 5 years of experience in poultry or related animal‑health pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel >50% within Malaysia (occasional travel to Singapore and Brunei).
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
