System Analyst

About the role

The System Analyst will manage and control system development projects, conducting complex business analyses and providing technical guidance to support software solutions for the insurance domain.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business product owners to drive product and customer service initiatives.
• Lead technical delivery of assigned projects, ensuring design compliance and timelines.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and engineering teams on architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
• Maintain strong understanding of insurance and financial industry to suggest effective solutions.
• Support junior team members and guide them in technical solutions and project execution.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in the insurance or financial industry, focusing on core policy administration systems (Life/Asia or Life/400).
• Strong understanding of life insurance policy administration features and integration with surrounding applications such as sales portals, workflow, and underwriting engines.
