Specialist, Meeting Services Support (Korean Speaker)

About the role

The Meeting Services Support team delivers standardized, compliant meeting administration across global markets. The Specialist independently manages end‑to‑end meeting cases, ensuring financial accuracy and timely execution while supporting Korean‑language stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage meeting requests from intake through event creation, vendor coordination, purchase orders, reconciliation, payment and closure.
• Investigate and resolve incomplete, rejected or aging requests, performing root‑cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Meeting Owners, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Source‑to‑Settle, expense teams and external planning agencies.
• Maintain market work instructions, SOPs, templates and operational trackers; support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate or standardise processes and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in meeting operations, finance operations, accounts payable, purchase‑to‑pay or event administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills; ability to work independently across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing and speaking); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with Veeva, SAP, Ariba, Concur, ServiceNow, Cvent or Salesforce.
• Process‑improvement mindset; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel macros or UiPath is advantageous.
