About the role

The Site Safety & Health Officer will oversee occupational safety and health (OSH) initiatives for a data centre project. This role focuses on implementing the DOSH Green Book standards and ensuring a safe workplace for all staff and contractors.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of the OSH management system in line with DOSH Green Book requirements.
Monitor and improve safety and health performance across the site.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
Participate in and facilitate safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain records of incidents, near‑misses, and corrective actions.

Required profile

Experience coordinating OSH management systems on construction or data‑centre sites.
Familiarity with DOSH Green Book guidelines and occupational safety regulations.
Ability to work on‑site full‑time and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
