Service Technician – HVAC & Dehumidifier Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Kuala Lumpur team, focusing on the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and dehumidifiers. This full‑time, on‑site position offers daily technical challenges and the chance to work with multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service HVAC and dehumidifier equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide customer support.

Required profile

• Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work on‑site full‑time.
• Strong interest in building hands‑on expertise with HVAC technologies.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Experience or training in dehumidifier maintenance.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and use of diagnostic tools.
