Senior Mechanical Engineer

About the role

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, tender preparation and delivery of mechanical services for building projects. The role combines conceptual design, detailed engineering, and on‑site coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs for mechanical services.
• Develop tender documents, specifications and cost estimates.
• Evaluate tenders and produce evaluation reports.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions for compliance.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
• Manage project progress, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in design and site installation of HVAC, fire‑fighting, plumbing, lift, compressed air, BMS and LPG systems.
• Proven ability to work as a team player and lead when required.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work outstation as needed.
