Senior Industry Product Operations Manager - Risk Control & Anti-Fraud (Malaysia)

About the role

Tencent Cloud, within the Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG), is looking for a Senior Industry Product Operations Manager based in Malaysia. The role supports the commercialisation and solution delivery of the Tencent Cloud Risk Control Solution (TCRS) in overseas markets, acting as a bridge between product, sales, solution, delivery and client teams. It suits someone with strong experience in risk control, anti-fraud, business security and financial risk management, and bilingual communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the overseas commercialisation of TCRS products, designing industry-specific solutions for fintech, digital banking, consumer finance, payments, e-commerce, gaming, content platforms and social networking.
• Support sales, business development and channel teams through requirement discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POC execution and pricing support, and present solutions in the native language and English.
• Analyse client risks and design anti-fraud and business security solutions covering registration, login, marketing, transactions, payments and account security, including device, behavioural, IP, account and relationship network risks.
• Design pre-loan, in-loan and post-loan risk solutions for digital banks, consumer finance, cash loan providers, BNPL platforms, payment institutions and e-wallets, supporting POC design and performance evaluation.
• Collect overseas client requirements and turn them into product requirements and roadmaps, working with product, R&D, algorithm, data, delivery and sales teams.
• Build standardised industry solutions, case studies, POC templates and sales enablement tools, and train sales, BD, channel and partner teams on products, competitors and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internet risk control, anti-fraud, business security, fintech risk management, payment risk control, credit risk management or related fields.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in native language and English; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
