Senior Executive – Import, Export & Customs Operations (APAC)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to drive efficient import, export and customs operations across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on improving processes, standardising workflows and ensuring compliance with global, regional and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all import/export logistics processes, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse and resolve logistics issues, maintain issue logs and implement corrective actions for non‑conformances.
• Prepare, verify and consolidate operational reports and KPIs for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee 3PL and LLP service providers for inbound/outbound transportation and customs, conducting audits and random checks.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, digitalisation efforts and support system testing and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units, regional and global teams to provide logistics solutions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Supervise the team, provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals and support professional development.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in import, export and customs operations within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage service providers and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, KPI tracking and performance analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
