Senior Executive, Corporate Catering & Outlet Operation

About the role

Santan Food Services Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Senior Executive to handle corporate catering events and the day-to-day running of its outlets in Sepang, Selangor. The role covers event coordination, client relations, outlet management and staff supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate catering events such as meetings, conferences and special events, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tailoring services to their needs and preferences.
• Manage daily outlet operations, including staffing, inventory control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work with the culinary team to develop menus and offerings that suit clients.
• Train and supervise staff so they deliver quality service and follow company policies.
• Monitor financial performance metrics such as sales, costs and profitability and improve them.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on corporate catering and food service operations.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, menu planning, event coordination and food safety standards.
• Leadership and communication skills, with a proven record of customer service and client relationship building.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and catering management software.
