Senior Delivery Manager, ERP Professional Services

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support and managed services for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager, Professional Services - ERP Solutions, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Working with the Senior Director, Professional Services, APAC, the role leads pre-sales and delivery of ERP consulting engagements for large enterprise clients, mainly in SAP and Oracle environments, and owns the pre-sales process in North America. It partners with Sales, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts to scope, plan and deliver outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct discovery, shape the approach, build estimates and define deliverables with Sales, Solution Architects and SMEs
• Provide delivery governance and oversight across multiple projects and workstreams
• Lead governance forums, status reporting and executive communications, and manage expectations and escalations
• Contribute reusable assets, improve pre-sales and delivery methods, and identify opportunities to expand services within accounts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 15+ years leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations and major enhancements
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams such as integrations, data, testing, cutover and go-live stabilization
• Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery (configuration, security/roles, operations, development, reporting, integrations)
• Experience establishing delivery governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control) with executive-ready communications
