About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya. The role focuses on order management, supporting customers and internal operations, and ensuring efficient handling of enquiries, orders and after‑sales queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email or chat.
  • Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle after‑sales enquiries, complaints and follow‑up actions.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues and improve service flow.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and order status.

Required profile

  • Senior‑level experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
  • Proven experience in order management and after‑sales support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
