Senior Associate – PMO Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Tax Services team as a PMO Specialist. In this role you will support clients in tax compliance while managing a portfolio of small‑scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously, developing detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, aligning with client needs.
• Track progress against schedules, monitor budgets and resource utilization, and report status and risks to clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges.
• Facilitate communication between clients, team members and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Incorporate client feedback into project execution to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead API development and integration initiatives within project teams.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members to maintain quality and schedule.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with proven ability to manage several projects concurrently.
