Senior Associate I – Regulatory Affairs Strategy

About the role

Alcon is seeking a motivated Sr. Associate I to support regulatory affairs strategy across product lifecycles. You will help drive registrations, manage changes, and ensure compliance for eye‑care products in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product registration, re‑registration, change notifications and related license applications.
• Manage product lifecycle activities such as labeling updates, new regulation assessments, CPDS, and promotional material reviews.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including project and metric management, license archiving, invoice tracking, and operational support.
• Provide regulatory support to local teams, onboard newcomers, and assist with ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science or related scientific discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional APAC languages (Korean, Japanese, Thai) are a plus.
• Results‑driven, customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving and accountability.
• 1‑2 years of regulatory affairs experience or recent graduate with relevant academic background.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with PDF documents.
