Resident Doctor (GP)

About the role

Elite MediCare is seeking a Resident Doctor (General Practitioner) to join its primary healthcare team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient care, supporting community health initiatives, and developing clinical leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and diagnoses in a primary care setting.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments, manage follow‑up care, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Support outstation doctors through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Required profile

• Medical degree with full registration as a General Practitioner.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality primary care services.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and leadership development.
