Resident Architect/Engineer & Inspector of Works (Architecture/M&E)

About the role

The Resident Architect/Engineer & Inspector of Works will lead on‑site construction oversight for both architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works. This position is based in Sarawak and offers a balanced work‑life environment while contributing to high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction supervision for architectural and M&E components.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Monitor quality control, safety standards, and material usage.

Required profile

• Qualified architect or engineer with relevant professional registration.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and inspection.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and M&E systems.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
