Regional Planning Excellence Manager

About the role

The Regional Planning Excellence Manager will lead the supply chain team to enhance Demand & Supply Planning processes across markets. The role ensures efficient, accurate and strategic planning to meet customer demand while supporting Nestlé’s broader objectives. Performance metrics are monitored and actionable improvement plans are defined when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practices, develop and refine planning processes and tools.
• Establish and monitor KPI standards such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health and production adherence.
• Drive initiatives to improve KPI performance across markets and automate manual tasks.
• Evaluate, lead and oversee implementation of software solutions to streamline planning.
• Provide training, mentorship and foster collaboration within the Demand & Supply Planning community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics; Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand & supply planning, including extensive work with SAP OMP.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
