Regional Commercial Terms & Concession Manager

About the role

Develop and manage the regional Trade Term Scheme within Bosch's global framework, ensuring consistent application of concession and trade term policies across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional Trade Term Scheme, including approval rules and market guidance.
• Steer regional rollout, governance and publication of TTS policies, processes and documentation.
• Monitor concession spend, exception rates and compliance trends to identify risks.
• Manage concession exception reviews, audit trails and escalations.
• Coordinate with Commercial Management, Pricing, Controlling, Legal and market teams on TTS changes.
• Ensure audit readiness and consistent policy application across markets.
• Communicate policy updates and governance requirements to stakeholders.
• Own concession metrics reporting and support consolidated trend reviews.
• Review and escalate concession data anomalies, coordinating remediation.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or related).
• Strong knowledge of pricing, trade terms, channel management, margin, concessions, tariff monitoring and commercial governance.
• Understanding of concession exception management, approval workflows, audit trail requirements and compliance monitoring.
• Analytical skills to interpret concession data, identify trends and recommend actions.
• Experience working with commercial, pricing, controlling, legal and regional market teams.
• Excellent communication skills to explain policies and coach local teams.
• Structured, self‑managed, result‑oriented working style with strong problem‑solving capability.
