About the role

Join a fast‑growing CIDB G7 interior fit‑out group as a Quantity Surveying (QS) Executive, QS Administrator or Project Support Administrator. This position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in construction administration with on‑the‑job training and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Support project documentation, filing, and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate administrative tasks between site teams and the office.
• Maintain project schedules and update status reports.
• Help with procurement and material tracking as required.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
