QAQC cum Document Controller

About the role

We are looking for a diligent QAQC & Document Controller to join Elco Advance Engineering’s construction team in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role combines quality assurance and control responsibilities with comprehensive document management to ensure project standards are met and information flows smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on quality performance.
• Maintain an accurate, organized project document control system, including drawing registers, sub‑contractor submissions, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality and documentation issues promptly.
• Support the preparation of audit trails and assist in internal and external quality audits.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
• Good coordination abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in construction environments is preferred but not mandatory.
