Purchasing Executive

About the role

The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for sourcing products and materials required for American Air Filter's manufacturing operations. This role supports the supply chain by ensuring the right quality, price and delivery of raw equipment and components.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for manufacturing and raw equipment.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders and inventory records.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and spend analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
