Project Manager – Exhibition Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end exhibition projects, from concept through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role reports to the Marketing & Communications department and works on high‑visibility regional events.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each exhibition.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee logistics, on‑site execution and post‑event evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing exhibitions or large‑scale events.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur or willing to relocate.
