About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive / Coordinator to drive property sales and shape market strategy for Kueen Lai Properties. The role combines sales activities with marketing coordination to support our property development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential property buyers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including project launches and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the development team to align sales targets with market positioning.
• Prepare sales presentations, brochures and digital content to showcase property offerings.
• Track sales performance, commission structures and market feedback to refine strategies.
