About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team at Shiangly Builder in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site operations and liaise with subcontractors.
  • Manage QA/QC processes and monitor compliance with project specifications.
  • Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to guarantee proper installation and performance.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet schedules.
  • Prepare and review documentation, reports, and as‑built records.

Required profile

  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of site coordination, QA/QC procedures, and M&E systems.
  • Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
