Procurement & Tender Executive

About the role

The Procurement & Tender Executive will lead procurement activities and manage tender processes for Great Wall Motors in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's supply chain efficiency and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement cycles, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission and evaluation of tenders.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and service levels.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in procurement, tender management or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
