Procurement Planner / Senior Procurement Planner (Material Planning)

About the role

As a Procurement Planner (or Senior Procurement Planner) you will be the main interface between Bosch’s customer order planning team and project stakeholders, ensuring material availability and timely delivery to support production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for assigned materials, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support material simulation, analyse MRP reports and update critical material lists daily.
• Participate in task‑force calls, DLR meetings and escalation processes to resolve supply issues.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, handle complex supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, including disposition of rejected, obsolete or damaged materials and claim handling.
• Plan strategically to minimise special freight costs and support engineering change notices (ECN) implementation.
• Contribute to Bosch Production System activities such as kanban and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate across LOG and other departments to achieve departmental KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret MRP data and inventory reports.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
