Global Operations Support Intern (Maritime, EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join our Global Operations Support department, supporting Maritime activities for the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations team.
• Support certain units with daily troubleshooting tasks.
• Generate reports to provide insights and support decision‑making.
• Prepare documentation to support operational processes.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Manage and track pending operational tasks to ensure timely communication.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
