Procurement Planner / Senior Procurement Planner

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Procurement Planner to manage material procurement activities, coordinate with customer order planning, and ensure timely delivery to avoid production disruptions. The role involves close interaction with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface with the customer order planning team and project stakeholders, supporting material simulation and MRP analysis.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, manage escalations, and coordinate actions to prevent line stoppages.
• Handle inventory management tasks such as coverage, turns, disposition of rejected or obsolete materials, and special freight claims.
• Support engineering change notices (ECN) implementation dates and related raw‑material classification analysis.
• Participate in Bosch Production System initiatives, including kanban and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement planning, material planning, or supply‑chain planning.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and data‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
