About the role
Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Process Engineer to lead high‑impact Lean Six Sigma projects within its advanced manufacturing environment in Perai, Penang. You will drive process improvement initiatives, focus on HPU reduction, and engineer rework flow to enhance overall production efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects that deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce HPU (high‑pressure units) consumption.
- Design and optimise rework flow engineering to minimise waste and re‑work cycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse data, develop solutions, and monitor performance.
- Document process changes and provide training to operational staff.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process‑driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and lead project teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
