About the role
Masimo is seeking a Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing production processes to reduce downtime and uphold product quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement optimization initiatives to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure that process changes meet quality and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot process issues.
Required profile
- Relevant engineering background, preferably in process or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment.
