Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Sarawak

About the role

The Priority Banking Relationship Manager will build and deepen profitable relationships with affluent customers in Sarawak, driving revenue through wealth management solutions and cross‑selling of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Priority Banking clients, focusing on revenue generation and wealth management.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell consumer products such as mortgages and credit cards to new and existing clients.
• Expand the customer base through referrals and personalized advisory services, working closely with Investment Consultants.
• Acquire and grow Priority Banking relationships in line with segment business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Investment Consultants to deliver proactive, tailored financial services.
• Support the Centre Manager in promoting market presence and achieving individual and overall targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Relevant licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM; IPPC is an advantage.
• Strong sales drive, proven track record in wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
