Priority Banking Relationship Manager (Kedah)

About the role

Hong Leong Bank is looking for a Priority Banking Relationship Manager in Kulim, Kedah, to serve its retail high net worth clients. The role calls for strong sales and wealth product knowledge, good interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Build profitable relationships with customers from their portfolio and deepen account relationships to generate revenue and focus on wealth management.
• Market investment products and cross-sell consumer products such as mortgages and credit cards to new and existing Priority Banking customers.
• Expand the customer base through referrals and through personalised advisory services, either personally or through the Investment Consultant team.
• Grow the Priority Banking customer relationship and portfolio in line with the segment's business goals.
• Work with the Product Owner and Investment Consultant to offer proactive, personalised financial services to affluent customers.
• Support the Centre Manager in promoting and developing market presence so that targets are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a field such as banking, accounting and finance, economics, marketing or business studies.
• PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI and FIMM/FMUTM licenses; IPPC is an advantage.
• Good track record and knowledge of wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual currency investments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for success in a sales-driven environment.
