Planner – Material & Production Planning

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Planner to manage material replenishment and production scheduling for its Penang manufacturing plants. The role ensures supply visibility, supports production output, and coordinates new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain raw material supply visibility for at least three months and secure delivery confirmations.
• Expedite deliveries, manage bottlenecks, and oversee safety stock and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Ensure master data integrity in SAP and add*ONE for automatic MRP planning.
• Perform rough production planning up to 24 months, level production loading, and monitor output and order fulfillment.
• Participate in NPI projects, support sample runs, and coordinate material readiness for ramp‑up plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production planning or procurement.
• Strong analytical ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; able to communicate with overseas suppliers.
• Malaysian citizenship.
