Personal Health Business Zone Leader – JAPAC

About the role

Philips is seeking a senior leader to drive growth of its Personal Health business across the Japan‑Asia‑Pacific (JAPAC) region. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end business performance, including P&L, marketing, sales and supply‑chain activities, and for shaping the long‑term strategy to expand the brand and enter new premium categories.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the P&L for the Personal Health Business Zone in JAPAC and deliver topline and bottom‑line targets.
• Develop and execute a market growth plan in partnership with global business units, covering sales, marketing and trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Drive sales growth through omni‑channel strategies, Direct‑to‑Consumer digital activation and optimisation of the commercial triangle.
• Lead implementation of best practices in distribution and operations to ensure sustainable growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with top customers, channel partners and key stakeholders across the region.

Required profile

• 18 + years of experience in general management, sales and marketing within FMCG/FMCD or related industries.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue and margin management (top‑line and EBITDA).
• Experience building and leading sales‑focused organisations and launching new business models.
• MBA from a recognised institution (preferred).
• Strong growth mindset, turnaround expertise and ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
