About the role

We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Project Director at Inox Engineering. The role involves assisting with client engagement, sales development and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Project Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in client interactions and follow‑up activities to drive business growth.
  • Support sales development initiatives by preparing documents, tracking leads and liaising with internal teams.
  • Handle correspondence, filing and office logistics to maintain an efficient work environment.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
