Partnerships Manager (Ride) – B2B

About the role

AirAsia Ride is looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager in Puchong, Selangor. The role drives revenue and business growth by securing and managing strategic partnerships with ecosystem players such as OTAs (e.g. Klook, Trip.com), hospital groups, hotels, universities and airlines, so that curated ride solutions can be integrated into their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure B2B partnerships with travel, hospitality and healthcare players, from lead generation to signed agreements.
• Build a B2B pipeline, prioritise partners by strategic purpose and revenue prospects, and design tailored ride solutions (medical tourism, airport transfers, corporate bookings).
• Set competitive commercial terms with partners and participating drivers to drive trip volume and revenue.
• Act as the main contact for key partners, run regular business reviews and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Grow revenue and transaction volume with partners, analyse performance metrics and work with pricing and finance to keep deals profitable.
• Work with Product and Tech teams on API integrations and custom booking workflows, with Operations and Customer Experience on SLAs, and with Marketing on go-to-market and joint campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, innovate the ride offering and champion new verticals and use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals; prior experience with OTAs, hotel chains or hospitals is highly advantageous.
• Existing network in travel, hospitality or healthcare.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex tech integrations and operational rollouts.
