About the role

The PA Project Team Underwriter supports Zurich’s product lifecycle by assisting in product set‑up, conducting user acceptance testing, and maintaining underwriting guidelines within the core system. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

Assist in product set‑up.
Perform UAT testing of products before promotion to live environment and obtain proper sign‑off.
Create new underwriting guidelines in the core system for new product or plan codes.
Resolve system issues by referencing policies, procedures, and specifications.
Review system process flows and conduct cross‑functional impact analysis for new products or enhancements.
Participate in low to moderate complexity projects and raise system enhancement requests when needed.
