About the role
The Operator I supports production technical operations at Alcon, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs and output targets. The role involves supplying production data to supervisors and maintaining material readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to Alcon policy.
- Ensure operators comply to SOPs.
- Ensure operators meet hourly output target.
- Supply production data to Supervisor.
- Ensure all relevant production materials are in place.
- Adhere to Alcon values & standards and observe full compliance with Alcon Code of Business Conduct.
- Observe and ensure full compliance with Alcon Health Safety and Environment Standards.
Required profile
- Education: Form 4 & above.
- Experience: Not required.
