About the role
The Leasing Technology & Systems Executive will drive the digital transformation of lease administration and leasing processes at IOI City Mall, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively adopted to boost efficiency and improve data management.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance digitalisation of lease administration and leasing workflows.
- Lead the implementation and integration of technology tools supporting leasing operations.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accurate data management across leasing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote successful adoption of new technologies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lease administration or related real‑estate processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology adoption initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on efficiency and data management.
