About the role
Join Astrodyne TDI as a Junior IT Infrastructure Executive on a one‑year contract. You will work on‑site in Perai, supporting the company’s network, server environment and Microsoft 365 services within a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows servers.
- Support end‑users with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
