IT ADI Analyst

About the role

Joining Nestlé, the world’s largest Food and Beverage company, you will be an IT ADI Analyst responsible for the reliability, governance and AI‑readiness of the Malaysia‑Singapore (MYSG) data foundations. You will design, build and operate secure, scalable cloud data solutions that enable analytics, automation, machine learning and GenAI across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise cloud‑based data ingestion, transformation, harmonisation and serving pipelines using Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Own the technical health, availability and performance of MYSG cloud data services, applying DataOps, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Implement security, privacy and data‑governance controls, including role‑based access, audit logging and data quality rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional data teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and prepare machine‑consumable datasets for advanced analytics and GenAI.
• Coordinate with technology partners and vendors, defining acceptance criteria and ensuring delivery quality and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering enterprise‑scale cloud data engineering or data platform solutions.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, multi‑market and virtual environment and to mentor junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Snowflake (data modelling, workload design, performance optimisation, access management).
• Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure storage; experience with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• SQL, ETL/ELT, APIs and enterprise data modelling.
• DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD, testing and release management.
• Security, privacy, RBAC, audit controls and segregation of duties.
