About the role
We are looking for an IT and Network Support Associate to join SK Jewellery in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will ensure that our IT infrastructure and network services operate reliably, providing prompt assistance to staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to end users for hardware, software and network issues.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and network equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations, printers and connectivity solutions.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
