About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process within BASF's Finance department. You will support daily ITC operations, KPI reporting, and audit documentation while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Execute daily Invoice to Cash tasks and ensure accurate processing.
Assist in preparing ITC KPI reports for management.
Generate audit documents and reports for year‑end audits.
Perform customer reconciliations as requested by auditors or customers.
Provide high‑quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Support additional finance activities as needed.

Required profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
Available for a 6‑month internship.
Proficient in oral and written English.
Strong teamwork attitude, maturity and ability to work independently.
Willing to work onsite at Mercu Aspire, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
