Internship in International Mobility - Digitalization & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to join Bosch’s International Mobility team in Bayan Lepas. The role supports the digitalisation and analytics of inbound and outbound mobility processes, helping to streamline visa handling and related data management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with visa‑related data requests for inbound and outbound mobility activities.
• Prepare, organise and follow up documents required for visa applications and International Mobility processes.
• Maintain and update mobility checklists and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data preparation, validation and reporting for mobility projects.
• Handle document and data requests from internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to digitalisation, process‑improvement and analytics projects on an ad‑hoc basis.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Availability for a 4‑6 month compulsory internship, preferably starting in September.
