About the role

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Engineer to join our team at Linktel Technologies in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining robust EHS policies and management systems that meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections across mining, resources and energy operations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on EHS best practices.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety or related field.
• Experience in EHS management within mining or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
