About the role

The Growth Analyst, Pay Per Hire, will support the recruitment function by managing, analysing and reporting data to drive better hiring outcomes. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain hiring data sets.
Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and patterns.
Produce regular reports on hiring metrics.
Provide insights to improve pay‑per‑hire strategies.

Required profile

Experience in data management, analysis and reporting.
