Graduate Trainee Islamic Wealth Relationship Manager

About the role

Hong Leong Islamic Bank is recruiting for its 12-month Regional Wealth Management (RWM) Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme gives candidates a comprehensive learning experience in Islamic Wealth Management, with job rotations across Hong Leong Islamic Bank and Commercial Branches so they understand the bank's operations, products and services. At the end of the programme, participants are deployed as an Islamic Wealth Relationship Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in any related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 and above, or a diploma holder with less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Passion for a career in wealth advisory and client services within Wealth Management.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Positive traits considered during interviews: driving for results, consistent performance, seeking win-win relationships, courage and humility, taking ownership, and leadership shown through extra-curricular activities.
