About the role

This 12‑to‑18‑month on‑site engineering internship provides fresh Malaysian graduates with hands‑on experience in manufacturing and logistics at Mattel’s facility in Perai, Penang. Participants will engage in an industrial training program designed to develop practical engineering skills.
