Global Supply Chain Excellence – APAC & NA Specialist

About the role

The specialist will design and optimise global business/service (GB/S) supply‑chain services for the APAC and North America regions, ensuring alignment with business demands, legal requirements and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and implement new or improved supply‑chain service models, conducting feasibility, impact and cost analyses.
• Drive automation and digitalisation of services, including paperless document flows and integration of new businesses from M&A.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards and metrics to support decision‑making in supply‑chain operations.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business analysts across time zones to gather requirements, analyse data and produce recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Statistics or Information Systems.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics functions.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to work across North America and EMEA time zones, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP OTC and SAP TM modules.
• Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SCI) and data‑mining techniques.
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience.
• Import‑export operations and foreign documentary trade knowledge.
